Information We Collect

Prasnya uses Google sign-in for account access. We may store your name, email address, profile image, session data, bookmarks, subscription status, and payment identifiers needed to provide access to paid plans.

How We Use Information

We use account data to authenticate users, provide the practice dashboard, maintain bookmarks, manage subscriptions, prevent misuse, and improve the reliability of the platform.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Prasnya stores subscription references and payment status, but does not store card, UPI, netbanking, or other sensitive payment instrument details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data may be shared with service providers such as authentication, hosting, analytics, database, and payment providers only as needed to operate the platform.
