All payments made for Prasnya paid access are final. Prasnya does not provide refunds, partial refunds, reversals, or credits after a payment is completed.

Users should review the plan, price, and access details before completing payment. The 2-day free trial is provided so users can evaluate the platform before paying.

Every paid plan is a one-time payment that unlocks one month of access. Nothing renews automatically and there is no recurring charge to cancel: when the month ends, access simply stops until a new plan is purchased. Charges already completed remain non-refundable.
